Delete your account

CompleteIELTS on the web, Android and iPhone

In the app

  1. Open CompleteIELTS and sign in.
  2. Go to the Account tab.
  3. Choose Delete account, enter your password and confirm.

On the website

  1. Sign in at completeielts.com.
  2. Open Settings and choose Delete my account.
  3. Enter your password and confirm.

If you cannot sign in

Email privacy@completeielts.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. If your institute created your account, you can also ask your institute. We reply by email once it is done.

What is deleted

Your profile, practice answers, scores, written feedback, voice recordings and study plans are permanently deleted straight away and cannot be recovered. Payment records are kept, detached from your account, for as long as tax law requires. Our privacy policy has the details.
