What’s included

For your students

Your name and colour on your own web address: Students sign in at yourname.institutes.completeielts.com. Your institute name and colour replace ours on the sign-in pages, the student dashboard and the browser tab. Send us your logo and we add it.
Reading, Writing and Speaking practice: Practice in the real IELTS formats, with bands on the 0–9 scale. Reading is marked against the answer key; speaking and writing get AI-estimated bands on the four public IELTS criteria. Listening sets and full mock tests are coming soon.

For your teachers

Each student’s progress: The student list shows when each student last signed in. Open a student to see their attempts and average band in each skill, and what they practised most recently. Export every student’s skill averages as a CSV file.
Private notes and reviews: Teachers can add notes and written reviews to a student’s record. Students don’t see them.
Separate teacher accounts: Teachers get their own sign-in. By default they can see students, add notes and view analytics, but not credits or settings. You can change what each teacher is allowed to do.

For running the institute

Credits you assign: Request credits from your console; we add them once your payment is confirmed. One credit gives a student 30 days of full practice and two credits give 60 days. Credits in your wallet don’t expire, and if you cancel an assignment within 24 hours, or before it has started, the credits come back.
Branches: If you have more than one campus, give each branch its own credit budget and staff, and filter reports by branch.
Your data stays yours: Student records, teacher notes and credits are kept separate for each institute. No institute can see another institute’s data.

How quickly can we start?: We create your institute and its subdomain, and the site works as soon as it is created. You then set your institute name and colour in your console, invite your teachers and add your students.
