Refund policy

This page sums up our refund rules in plain words. The full text is in our Terms of Service (sections 4 and 6).

Student plans

• Plans are a one-time payment for a set number of days. They do not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.
• If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or your plan was not activated after we confirmed your payment, we correct it or refund the amount affected.
• If you want a refund for a plan that is already active, we look at each request on its own, as consumer law requires.

Institute packages

• An institute can cancel a package it gave a student within 24 hours of giving it, or at any time before the package has started. The credits go back to the institute's wallet.
• Credits in the wallet do not expire.
• Students who study through an institute should ask their institute about their access.
